Anyone work in healthcare in Maplewood?

I'm a nurse at the local hospital and With a population of 8,154, Maplewood is a small town. It's a a small town city with about 8,154 people. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. I'd say it's better for families than young singles. Any advice would be great.
