How much do you pay for rent in Marion?

Just moved here 16 months ago and Household incomes average around $80,637 in Marion. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. The weather takes some getting used to. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. The city has invested a lot in new development. The weather takes some getting used to.

I've been living here for 1 years and I'd say I wouldn't want to live anywhere else right now. The weather is better than expected compared to other places I've lived. Overall Good luck with whatever you decide..
