Not sure if this has been asked before, but The unemployment rate is 11.2%, which is concerning. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. Would love some local perspective. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. The food scene here is surprisingly good.
