Working in Martins Ferry -salaries realistic?

OK so I've been here for 11 years and You can expect to pay around $809 for rent here. The city has invested a lot in new development. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. Is this normal for Martins Ferry? Looking forward to hearing from you all. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. The suburbs are where most families end up.

I'm a nurse and I've found it's improved dramatically in recent years. The community is tough and there's always something going on.

The food scene here is better than expected. Tons of great craft beer places. there are trade-offs but the good outweighs the bad.
