Been meaning to ask this. Poverty rate is 15.7%, which is higher than I expected. Average temperature is around 44--F, so bundle up in winter. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look. The weather takes some getting used to. Let me know your thoughts.

Bought a house here in 2016 and it was the best decision I ever made. Property values have gone about the same since then.
