I'm a nurse at the local hospital and Crime rate is something to consider -Massena sits at 191.1 per 100K. The school system varies a lot by neighborhood. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. Thoughts? People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting.
