So, We have two kids and Homes are going for about $96,000 on average. Property taxes are high but you get good services. What do you all think? Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable.
