McRae-Helena job market vs St. Louis

Hey everyone, I grew up here but left for a while. The median home value here is around $111,800, which is actually reasonable. The unemployment rate is 0.2%, which is pretty low. The suburbs are where most families end up. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. Am I wrong here?

What McRae-Helena does better than anywhere else

I work in healthcare and Homes are going for about $111,800 on average. Household incomes average around $51,296 in McRae-Helena. The city has invested a lot in new development. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods. Any advice would be great.

Best neighborhoods in McRae-Helena

Hey folks, I'm a nurse at the local hospital and It's a a small town city with about 5,959 people. Crime rate is something to consider -McRae-Helena sits at 79.7 per 100K. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. What do you all think?
