Longtime lurker here, We have two kids and Crime rate is something to consider -Menifee sits at 153.3 per 100K. You can expect to pay around $2,052 for rent here. Property taxes are high but you get good services. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. Worth the trade-offs? Any help is appreciated. The city has invested a lot in new development. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse.
