Hey, Homes are going for about $487,200 on average. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. Night life is decent if you know the right spots. What would you do? I'd say it's better for families than young singles.

Been meaning to ask this. I grew up here but left for a while. With a population of 107K, Menifee is a mid-size city. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. Property taxes are high but you get good services.
