Hi all, My family moved here when I was a kid. It's a a mid-size city city with about 107K people. Rent is about $2,052/month for a decent place. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus.
