Co-working spaces in Menlo Park?

Curious what people think. My family moved here when I was a kid. Homes are going for about $2,000,001 on average. Average temperature is around 59--F, so the weather is moderate. With a population of 32,775, Menlo Park is a smaller city. You can expect to pay around $3,156 for rent here. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods. Thanks! There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods. Night life is decent if you know the right spots. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look. Night life is decent if you know the right spots. I've lived in Maple Ridge for about 4 years now, so I can give you a pretty detailed perspective.

the quality of life is solid. When I first moved here from Raleigh, I was surprised by job market. It took some adjustment but now I wouldn't trade it.

A few things worth knowing:
- Good schools in most areas
- Nice parks and green spaces
- The job market scene is average

The downsides:
- Property taxes are high
- Dating scene is rough

Overall I'd rate it 7/10 for singles. Feel free to reach out with questions..

Gonna give a different perspective here since most replies seem hit or miss.

I've been here 2 years and I genuinely enjoy living here. The thing nobody mentions is pet-friendliness. It's stable and it affects daily life more than you'd think.

That said, the public transit is legit. And if you're into photography, this place is surprisingly good.

Neighborhood matters A LOT here. The Downtown side vs the Highland side are basically different cities. Make sure you visit both before deciding.

It's not for everyone but it works for us..

Great question. I'll try to be comprehensive here.

I'm a accountant who relocated here from Miami about 14 years ago. The main reasons were family and retirement.

Pros I've experienced:
- Decent public transit for the size
- Lots of new development happening
- Affordable housing options

Cons that are real:
- Summers can be brutally hot
- Bugs and humidity in summer

Financially, we've found it excellent compared to where we came from. Older homes are where the value is. Groceries are pricey, gas is surprisingly good.

Socially, I genuinely enjoy living here. Good luck with whatever you decide..

Bought a house here in 2021 and I love the pace of life here. Property values have gone up a bit since then.
