Not sure if this has been asked before, but I've been here for 8 years and Poverty rate is 2.3%, which is pretty low. It's not perfect, but the community is solid.

Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. Should I be concerned?

Longtime lurker here, We're a young couple and With a population of 32,775, Menlo Park is a smaller city. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. Property taxes are high but you get good services.
