Internet providers in Menlo Park?

First post here. I'm single, late 50s, and Median household income is $206,588, which feels pretty solid for the area. Average temperature is around 59--F, so the weather is moderate. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. Is this normal for Menlo Park? The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. The food scene here is surprisingly good. I'd say it's better for families than young singles. I'd say it's better for families than young singles. The city has invested a lot in new development. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. Property taxes are high but you get good services. The weather takes some getting used to. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level. Property taxes are high but you get good services.

From a safety perspective, it really depends on the area. Some neighborhoods are solid, others not so much. Do your research on specific streets.

OK so I've been meaning to write this for a while. I moved here 1 years ago from Baltimore and here's my honest breakdown:

Housing: It's gotten pricier but still beats the coasts. We're paying /mo for a 1-bed in Lakewood. It's average for what you get.

Jobs: The market is wild right now, especially in hospitality. If you're in finance you might struggle.

People: Generally solid. It took about 4 months to build a solid friend group.

Food: average. Tons of options if you like Southern.

Give it a chance - it might surprise you..

OK so I've been meaning to write this for a while. I moved here 7 years ago from Portland and here's my honest breakdown:

Housing: If you look outside the main areas you can find deals. We're paying /mo for a 1-bed in Greenfield. It's average for what you get.

Jobs: The market is wild right now, especially in engineering. If you're in retail you might struggle.

People: Generally solid. It took about 15 months to build a solid friend group.

Food: better than expected. Tons of options if you like Southern.

No regrets on my end..
