Best industries in Mentor right now

First post here. Crime rate is something to consider -Mentor sits at 133.2 per 100K. It's a a smaller city city with about 47,215 people. The city has invested a lot in new development. Property taxes are high but you get good services. Has anyone dealt with this?

Public transit is underrated here. You'll probably need a car for most things. it's not perfect but it works for me.

I've been living here for 14 years and I'd say the quality of life is solid. The job market is average compared to other places I've lived. Overall It's not for everyone but it works for us..

From a safety perspective, it really depends on the area. Some neighborhoods are surprisingly good, others not so much. Do your research on specific streets.
