Been meaning to ask this. I'm a teacher here and With a population of 47,215, Mentor is a smaller city. Homes are going for about $229,500 on average. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. Am I wrong here? TIA!

Hey, I've been here for 7 years and Average temperature is around 53--F, so expect cold winters. I'd say it's better for families than young singles. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting.
