Rent in Mentor getting crazy

Been meaning to ask this. I'm a teacher here and Median household income is $89,202, which feels pretty solid for the area. The suburbs are where most families end up. Night life is decent if you know the right spots.

If you're remote, this place is great for cost of living. it's improved dramatically in recent years. Internet is decent in most areas.
