Why I chose Mentor over bigger cities

I'm originally from Nashville and Household incomes average around $89,202 in Mentor. Rent is about $1,192/month for a decent place. Average temperature is around 53--F, so expect cold winters. I'd say it's better for families than young singles. The weather takes some getting used to. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods. Thanks for reading. The city has invested a lot in new development. The food scene here is surprisingly good. The weather takes some getting used to. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. I'd say it's better for families than young singles. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. Night life is decent if you know the right spots. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level.
