My family moved here when I was a kid. Homes are going for about $229,500 on average. Crime rate is something to consider -Mentor sits at 133.2 per 100K. Rent is about $1,192/month for a decent place. Household incomes average around $89,202 in Mentor. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. I'd say it's better for families than young singles.
