Alright, My partner and I are Poverty rate is 18.6%, which is higher than I expected. The unemployment rate is 7.6%, which is concerning. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. Would love some local perspective. The city has invested a lot in new development. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. Property taxes are high but you get good services. The suburbs are where most families end up.
