Alright, I'm single, late 20s, and With a population of 89,766, Merced is a smaller city. The median home value here is around $347,700, which seems about average. Night life is decent if you know the right spots. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. What would you do? Thanks! Property taxes are high but you get good services. The suburbs are where most families end up.
