Miami job market vs Portland

Alright, Poverty rate is 17.8%, which is higher than I expected. Household incomes average around $45,900 in Miami. The suburbs are where most families end up. The school system varies a lot by neighborhood. What do you all think? Property taxes are high but you get good services. The food scene here is surprisingly good. Bought a house here in 2018 and it's exactly what I was looking for. Property values have gone up significantly since then.
