It's a a major city city with about 570K people. Rent is about $1,033/month for a decent place. It's changing fast — some good, some not so much. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. What would you do? Looking forward to hearing from you all.
