I grew up here, left for college, and came back 2 years ago. A friend just bought in Walker's Point for K and I'm not sure if that was smart. Downtown has improved dramatically since I first moved here. What's your experience been?

OK so Military spouse here. Average temperature is around 50°F, so expect cold winters. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. Does this match your experience? I'd say it's better for families than young singles.
