What's it really like living in Minnehaha?

Hi all, I'm a nurse at the local hospital and Poverty rate is 1.7%, which is pretty low. The median home value here is around $421,200, which is pretty steep. Property taxes are high but you get good services. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly....
