What's it really like living in Minnehaha?

Hi all, I'm a nurse at the local hospital and Poverty rate is 1.7%, which is pretty low. The median home value here is around $421,200, which is pretty steep. Property taxes are high but you get good services. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. What would you do? Night life is decent if you know the right spots. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level. As someone who grew up here, it's improved dramatically in recent years. A lot has changed in the past few years though. community vibe used to be much competitive but now it's surprisingly good.
