OK so I'm a remote worker and The unemployment rate is 2.4%, which is pretty low. With a population of 8,509, Minnetrista is a small town. Household incomes average around $156,346 in Minnetrista. Property taxes are high but you get good services. I'd say it's better for families than young singles....
