My family moved here when I was a kid. The median home value here is around $386,900, which seems about average. Crime rate is something to consider -Mint Hill sits at 212.4 per 100K. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. Let me know your thoughts. Thanks in advance! Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that.
