First post here. The median home value here is around $386,900, which seems about average. With a population of 26,954, Mint Hill is a smaller city. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. Would love some local perspective. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. I'd say it's better for families than young singles.
