First post here. I work in government and Median household income is $55,333, which feels about average for the area. With a population of 5,316, Moab is a small town. Poverty rate is 12.9%, which is around average. Crime rate is something to consider -Moab sits at 785.2 per 100K. It's changing fast...

Best apartments in Moab under ?

Curious what people think. I grew up here but left for a while. You can expect to pay around $945 for rent here. I'd say it's better for families than young singles. Should I be concerned?
