Anyone work in healthcare in Moapa Valley?

Been meaning to ask this. Born and raised here. With a population of 6,699, Moapa Valley is a small town. You can expect to pay around $1,007 for rent here. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. Worth the trade-offs? Appreciate any input. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods. Gonna give a different perspective here since most replies seem average.

I've been here 6 years and I have mixed feelings honestly. The thing nobody mentions is food scene. It's growing and it affects daily life more than you'd think.

That said, the pet-friendliness is legit. And if you're into skiing, this place is underrated.

Neighborhood matters A LOT here. The Springfield side vs the Lakewood side are basically different cities. Make sure you visit both before deciding.

Feel free to reach out with questions..

I'm a physical therapist and I've found it's exactly what I was looking for. The community is tough and there's always something going on.
