Moving from Omaha to Moberly next month

Hello, I relocated for work and You can expect to pay around $749 for rent here. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. Is this normal for Moberly? The weather takes some getting used to.

Bought a house here in 2021 and it's improved dramatically in recent years. Property values have gone up significantly since then.

I'd say the biggest thing people don't talk about is healthcare. I love the pace of life here. Worth doing your research before committing.
