Anyone regret moving to Monahans?

Hey, Rent is about $919/month for a decent place. I'd say it's better for families than young singles. Has anyone dealt with this?

First post here. Household incomes average around $70,820 in Monahans. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. I'd say it's better for families than young singles. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much.
