Best companies to work for in Monrovia?

Curious what people think. The unemployment rate is 3.5%, which is pretty low. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. Night life is decent if you know the right spots. The food scene here is surprisingly good. The city has invested a lot in new development. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much.

We moved here with our family and it's not perfect but it works for me. Schools in East area are better than expected. Kids love it here.

Alright, I'll give you the full rundown since I see a lot of surface-level answers here.

I've been in Maple Ridge for 3 years. Moved from Seattle for weather. Here's my honest, detailed take:

**Housing:**
The market right now is underrated. We bought in 2019 at k and it's now worth up a bit than that. If you're renting, expect /mo for a decent 2-bed in a safe area. If you look outside the main areas you can find deals.

**Employment:**
government is strong here. tech is hit or miss. If you're remote, you'll love the cost of living. Average salaries are affordable for the area.

**Quality of Life:**
I'm still on the fence after all this time. The outdoor scene is decent - we have lakes within easy driving distance. Dining has gotten so much better in the past few years.

**Schools (if relevant):**
Varies hugely by district. Maple Ridge schools are underrated. If you have kids, this should be your number one factor in choosing a neighborhood.

**The Bad:**
I'd be lying if I said everything is great. Limited entertainment options. Bugs and humidity in summer. And walkability can be frustrating.

**Bottom line:**
