What Monrovia does better than anywhere else

So, I'm retired and Average temperature is around 65--F, so the weather is moderate. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. Any advice would be great. Thanks for reading. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting.
