Not sure if this has been asked before, but I'm single, late 20s, and Average temperature is around 65--F, so the weather is moderate. You can expect to pay around $2,009 for rent here. It's a a smaller city city with about 37,553 people. The median home value here is around $891,700, which is pretty steep. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. What do you all think?
