Not sure if this has been asked before, but My family moved here when I was a kid. The median home value here is around $2,000,001, which is pretty steep. Average temperature is around 63--F, so the weather is moderate. I'd say it's better for families than young singles. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level. The suburbs are where most families end up.
