Housing market in Monticello right now

I'm retired and The unemployment rate is 4.5%, which is about average. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. Should I be concerned? Any help is appreciated. The suburbs are where most families end up. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. The school system varies a lot by neighborhood. Public transit is average here. You'll probably need a car for most things. the quality of life is solid.

I've been living here for 1 years and I'd say the quality of life is solid. The outdoor recreation is hit or miss compared to other places I've lived. Overall Would recommend to anyone considering it..
