OK so Homes are going for about $125,800 on average. Household incomes average around $37,733 in Monticello. I'd say it's better for families than young singles. The city has invested a lot in new development. Am I wrong here? TIA! The food scene here is surprisingly good. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much.
