Curious what people think. I relocated for work and Average temperature is around 46--F, so expect cold winters. You can expect to pay around $977 for rent here. Median household income is $47,464, which feels on the lower side for the area. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. Property taxes are high but you get good services. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. Would love some local perspective. Looking forward to hearing from you all. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable.
