So, I relocated for work and Crime rate is something to consider -Montrose sits at 204.5 per 100K. Poverty rate is 8.7%, which is pretty low. Night life is decent if you know the right spots. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. Thanks!

Born and raised here. The unemployment rate is 2.5%, which is pretty low. The weather takes some getting used to. The food scene here is surprisingly good. Thoughts? There's a growing tech scene which is exciting.
