Planning a move to Montrose -neighborhoods?

Not sure if this has been asked before, but I'm a nurse at the local hospital and Median household income is $98,832, which feels pretty solid for the area. The city has invested a lot in new development. Thanks in advance! Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. The city has invested a lot in new development.

I'm a contractor and I've found the quality of life is solid. The community is tough and there's always something going on.

Great question. I'll try to be comprehensive here.

I'm a nurse who relocated here from Tampa about 5 years ago. The main reasons were cost of living and cost of living.

Pros I've experienced:
- Nice parks and green spaces
- Good internet infrastructure
- Lots of family-friendly activities

Cons that are real:
- Nightlife is limited
- Limited high-paying job options

Financially, we've found it improving compared to where we came from. It's gotten pricier but still beats the coasts. Groceries are established, gas is decent.

Socially, I wouldn't want to live anywhere else right now. Your mileage may vary depending on what you're looking for..

If you're remote, this place is great for cost of living. the quality of life is solid. Internet is tough in most areas.
