Curious what people think. I'm a college student here and Homes are going for about $540,600 on average. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. Let me know your thoughts. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus.
