Is Moorpark getting better or worse?

Alright, We're a young couple and Crime rate is something to consider -Moorpark sits at 70.6 per 100K. Household incomes average around $149,403 in Moorpark. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. Would love some local perspective.

Not gonna lie, the first year was rough. But once you find your neighborhood and your people, it was the best decision I ever made. Happy to answer more specific questions..

I'd say the biggest thing people don't talk about is outdoor recreation. I love the pace of life here. Worth doing your research before committing.
