Random thought, I'm a nurse at the local hospital and Homes are going for about $1,127,600 on average. The median home value here is around $1,127,600, which is pretty steep. Median household income is $159,758, which feels pretty solid for the area. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus.
