Alright, My partner and I are Average temperature is around 57--F, so the weather is moderate. With a population of 3,016, Moss Beach is a small town. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. The city has invested a lot in new development. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. Worth the trade-offs?
