Best apartments in Mount Carmel under ?

Longtime lurker here, I relocated for work and It's a a small town city with about 5,504 people. The median home value here is around $179,700, which is actually reasonable. Night life is decent if you know the right spots. Is this normal for Mount Carmel? The weather takes some getting used to. Property taxes are high but you get good services.

Used to live on the Highland side, now on the Old Town side. Completely different vibe. it's improved dramatically in recent years.

I'm a contractor and I've found it was the best decision I ever made. The community is pretty good and there's always something going on.
