Cost of living reality check -Mount Zion
First post here. We're a young couple and You can expect to pay around $696 for rent here. Poverty rate is 3.1%, which is pretty low. The unemployment rate is 1.8%, which is pretty low. Crime rate is something to consider -Mount Zion sits at 189.7 per 100K. The city has invested a lot in new development. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. What are your go-to spots? Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. Property taxes are high but you get good services.
