So, I relocated for work and Median household income is $42,103, which feels on the lower side for the area. The unemployment rate is 3.5%, which is pretty low. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look. Night life is decent if you know the right spots. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. Would love some local perspective. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. The school system varies a lot by neighborhood. The weather takes some getting used to.
