Alright, My family moved here when I was a kid. The median home value here is around $391,800, which seems about average. Crime rate is something to consider -Moyock sits at 501.1 per 100K. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. Should I be concerned? There's a growing tech scene which is exciting.
